Welcome to MBJ – my beer journey. This first episode is very raw but I just had to get it out. After a hard day working in the yard I just had to record this episode and taste my favourite beer. Carlton MID.
Carlton MID is brewed by Fosters in Victoria Australia, and this is one of their main stay brews, that’s won awards in the past as well.
Sorry about the video camera battery going flat, I didn’t get to cover anywhere near what I wanted to say.
Let me know by leaving me a comment what you think about Carlton MID. The good, bad, or ugly.
Hooroo

Mate this is GOLD! The composition and holding the can up to the camera is great… your background on the beer and subsequent amateur pouring skills are made comical by the fact you admit yr not great at it and the head is a bit too big. Can’t wait to see future installments!
Looks like a Sunday afternoon beer after mowing the yard.
I look forward to your next action packed, riverting episode.
GOODONYA!
Thanks guys, I’m really looking forward to tasting more beers, and having a ball putting these videos together. Aaron
The internet is a beautiful thing indeed. This is a cool idea, Aaron.
I was thinking maybe you might need an evening wrapup every night, you know, just to do a little research for the week’s show.
@MichaelZ yes, more research for the show is needed that’s for sure. I just wanted to get started. Lot’s of great ideas for upcoming shows and I already have a few new bevvies (brews) to showcase.
Well, I think you are very brave to agree to sample so many brews in the interest of science.
I think it was Edison who tried thousands of materials before he found the perfect one for the lighbulb filament.
Who knows, the search for a top shelf beer could keep you busy for a while to come. Hmm, research by the case, sounds good to me. 🙂
